It has come to our attention that clarity regarding our policy of holding and storing belongings at the terminal on behalf of passengers is required. Sunferries does not accept liability of passenger's property therefore we cannot hold any luggage, keys or other personal items for passengers. Secure storage lockers are available for use at the Breakwater Terminal and provide an independent storage space for all passengers' requirements.

We appreciate in the past we have provided an ad hoc service however we are committed to keep consistency throughout our policies and ensure you, the passenger, have all the information you need to continue your journeys to and from the Island.

Sunferries also offers a freight service where you can freight goods to and from the Island at a small fee. Please feel free to enquire about this service if it is something that would interest you. Please do not be offended if a staff member cannot assist you with storage requirements.
